Jalwa Game Forgot Password
The Jalwa Game login page carries a Forgot password? link on both its phone and email tabs, and the page itself tells users who forget a password to contact customer service. Stop guessing early, because more than 10 wrong entries locks the account.
Finding Forgot password? on Jalwa Game
- Go to the Jalwa Game login page.
- Select the tab you normally use, Phone Number or Email.
- Find Forgot password? near the Remember password tick box and tap it.
- Follow what your screen asks next. Keep the phone number or email on your account ready, as customer service may ask for it.
We did not see what happens after tapping the link, including whether a code is sent by SMS or email. Go by your own screen rather than a fixed process described elsewhere.
What the Jalwa lock message offers
After a wrong password has been entered more than 10 times, Jalwa Game shows an Account has been locked message. It asks you to use Forgot Password to set a new password, which unlocks the account, and it also offers a Contact customer service button. Use one of those instead of trying more passwords.
A new Jalwa Game password that passes the form
- At least 8 characters, the length the sign-up form asks for.
- Letters and numbers together, since that form requires both.
- Not reused from your email or banking apps.
- Saved in your phone's password manager, not in a screenshot.
How to avoid another Jalwa Game lock
Check which tab is selected before typing, and pause after two or three failed tries. Tick Remember password only on your own handset; on a phone shared with family, leave it unticked and follow the login steps each time.
Watch out for fake recovery offers
Do not share your password with anyone who messages you offering to recover the account. Reach customer service from inside the platform instead.
